• Cairo & Giza: Orders delivered within Cairo and Giza have a shipping fee of 80 LE, with an estimated arrival time of 3 to 5 business days.

• Other Locations within Egypt: Orders outside of Cairo and Giza have a shipping fee of 110 LE, except for Sinai and the Red Sea, where the shipping fee is 150 LE. Delivery to these areas is expected within 5 to 7 business days.

• Backorder Items: If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 days. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to expedite your order.

• Order Inspection and Acceptance: For customers in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, the order can be inspected in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.
