Annalie reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
Product Information
The products available for sale on our website are subject to availability. Annalie makes every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions during photography, or production differences.
Annalie reserves the right to update product information, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
Order Cancellation (Remorse Period)
Customers may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it, during what is considered a short remorse period, provided that the order has not yet entered processing.
To cancel an order during this period, customers must:
Visit the Order Status page on our website.
Enter the order number and the email address used when placing the order.
Once redirected to the order tracking page, select “Cancel Order”
If the cancellation is completed within the 30-minute remorse period, the order will be treated as if it had never been placed.
After this period has passed, the order may already be in preparation or processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, the order will proceed according to the Delivery and Returns policies outlined below.
Delivery Policy
At Annalie, we aim to provide a reliable and smooth delivery experience for our customers across Egypt.
Delivery Locations
We currently offer delivery to most locations within Egypt through trusted courier partners. Delivery availability may vary depending on courier coverage in certain areas.
Cairo & Giza
Orders delivered within Cairo and Giza are subject to a shipping fee of 110 LE.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after the order has been confirmed and processed.
Other Locations within Egypt
Delivery is available to locations outside Cairo and Giza. Shipping fees for these destinations vary depending on the delivery location and courier coverage.
Orders shipped outside Cairo and Giza are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Remote areas may require slightly longer delivery times.
Backorder Items
If an order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed by 2 to 3 additional business days. Our team will dispatch the order as soon as the item becomes available.
Receiving Orders
Customers may accept or refuse the entire order upon delivery.
Partial acceptance of an order while returning the remaining items with the courier is not permitted.
Order Inspection Policy
Customers located in Cairo, Giza, or Alexandria may inspect their order in the presence of the courier before confirming receipt.
If the order does not meet expectations, it may be returned immediately to the courier. In such cases, the applicable shipping fee will still apply.
Orders that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase will also be subject to the applicable shipping fee if the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery.
For locations outside Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, inspection with the courier may not be available due to courier policies.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Annalie, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 10 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused
Be unworn
Be unwashed
Be returned in their original packaging
Include all original tags attached
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Annalie reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sale events or promotional campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange due to limited stock availability.
Return and Exchange Process

Once the request is reviewed and approved, instructions for the return or exchange process will be provided.
Return & Exchange Fees
Returns and exchanges are processed through the same procedure and courier handling process.
A fixed service fee of 180 LE applies for both returns and exchanges, regardless of delivery location. This fee covers courier handling and the processing of the request.
Partial Returns After Receipt
After receiving the order, customers may request a return for part of the order or the entire order by contacting our support team.
Once the request is approved, the courier will be arranged to collect the item(s) from the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition, the refund will be approved.
Refunds are issued via InstaPay, and the refunded amount will be transferred after the return has been successfully verified.
