Delivery

Cairo & Giza

Orders delivered within Cairo and Giza carry a shipping fee of 110 LE, with an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

Other Locations within Egypt

We deliver across most locations in Egypt. Shipping fees for locations outside Cairo and Giza vary depending on the destination and courier coverage.

Delivery to these locations is typically completed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the area.

Backorder Items

If your order includes an item that is temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed by 2 to 3 additional business days. Our team will work to dispatch your order as soon as the item becomes available.

Order Inspection & Acceptance

Customers located in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria may inspect their order in the presence of the courier before confirming receipt.

For other locations, inspection in the presence of the courier may not be available due to courier policies.

At the time of delivery, you may accept or refuse the entire order.

Please note that partial acceptance is not permitted, meaning you cannot receive part of the order and return the remaining items with the courier.

If you decide to refuse the order upon delivery, the shipping fee will still apply.

Orders that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase will also be subject to the applicable shipping fee if the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• be unused

• be unworn

• be unwashed

• be returned in their original packaging

• include all original tags

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sale or promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange due to limited stock availability.

Return & Exchange Fees

Returns and exchanges follow the same request and courier process.

A fixed service fee of 180 LE applies for both returns and exchanges, regardless of delivery location.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition, the refund will be issued via InstaPay.
