Delivery and returns

We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and convenience, including reliable delivery options across Egypt. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping fees, delivery timelines, and order processing:

• Cairo & Giza: Orders within Cairo and Giza carry a shipping fee of 85 LE, with an expected delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
• Other Locations within Egypt: Deliveries outside of Cairo and Giza carry a shipping fee of 115 LE, except for Sinai and the Red Sea, where the shipping fee is 155 LE. Delivery is expected within 5 to 7 business days.
• Backorder Items: If your order includes an item that is temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 days. We appreciate your patience and will work to expedite your order as quickly as possible.
• Order Inspection & Acceptance: For customers in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, orders can be inspected in the presence of the courier before acceptance. In other locations, in-person inspection upon delivery is not available.
  You may choose to accept or refuse the entire order at the time of delivery. Partial acceptance is not allowed—you cannot receive part of the order and return the rest with the courier.
  If the order does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to refuse it upon delivery. In such cases, you will only need to cover the shipping fee.
