• Cairo & Giza: Orders delivered within Cairo and Giza have a shipping fee of 80 LE, with an estimated arrival time of 3 to 5 business days.

• Other Locations within Egypt: Orders outside of Cairo and Giza have a shipping fee of 110 LE, except for Sinai and the Red Sea, where the shipping fee is 150 LE. Delivery to these areas is expected within 5 to 7 business days.

• Backorder Items: If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 days. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to expedite your order.

• Order Inspection and Acceptance: For customers in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, the order can be inspected in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery. In other areas, this service is unavailable. Please note that we do not support partial acceptance of orders—each order must be accepted in full or returned in full.
