We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and convenient delivery options across Egypt. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping fees, delivery timelines, and order processing:

• Cairo & Giza: Orders delivered within Cairo and Giza have a shipping fee of 85 LE, with an estimated arrival time of 3 to 5 business days.
• Other Locations within Egypt: Orders outside of Cairo and Giza have a shipping fee of 115 LE, except for Sinai and the Red Sea, where the shipping fee is 155 LE. Delivery to these areas is expected within 5 to 7 business days.
• Backorder Items: If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 days. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to expedite your order.
• Order Inspection & Acceptance: For customers in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, orders can be inspected in the presence of the courier before acceptance. In other locations, in-person inspection upon delivery is not available.
  You may choose to accept or refuse the entire order at the time of delivery. Partial acceptance is not allowed—you cannot receive part of the order and return the rest with the courier.
  If the order does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to refuse it upon delivery. In such cases, you will only need to cover the shipping fee.
