Welcome to Annalie. By accessing our website or purchasing goods from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our website or purchasing goods from Annalie.

  1. Product Information

The products available for sale on our website are subject to availability. Annalie takes great care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products are accurate at the time they are entered into the system.

  1. Delivery

We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and convenience, including our delivery options across Egypt. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping fees, delivery timelines, and order processing:

  • Cairo & Giza: Enjoy a nominal shipping fee of 80 LE for orders delivered to Cairo, with an expected arrival within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Other Locations within Egypt: Deliveries outside of Cairo and Giza will have a shipping fee of 110 LE, except for Sinai & Red Sea. The shipping fee for Sinai and Red Sea is 150 LE, with delivery expected within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Backorder Items: If your order includes an item on backorder (temporarily out of stock), delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 days. We appreciate your patience and will endeavor to expedite your order as quickly as possible.
  • Receiving Orders: Our customers can choose to accept or refuse the entire order upon delivery but cannot receive a partial order and return the remainder with the courier.

  1. Returns and Refunds

    • Return Policy

      • If you are located in Cairo, Giza, or Alexandria, you may check the order in the presence of the courier. If it does not meet your expectations, you may return it by paying the shipping fees.
      • For other locations, checking the order in the presence of the courier is unavailable.
      • Eligibility for Returns: Annalie offers returns within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
      • For all returns or refunds, you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with your request. The return or refund fee for Cairo and Giza is 85 LE, and for all other locations, the fee is 110 LE.
      • Partial Returns After Receipt: After receiving the order, customers may initiate a return process for a part of or the entire order via the Contact Us page or by emailing [email protected].

    • Refunds: Refunded money will be returned through InstaPay after we receive the items in their original condition as delivered.

  2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published and made available on our site is the property of Annalie and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and any other material that contributes to our website’s composition.

Annalie, along with our directors, officers, agents, employees, suppliers, or licensors, is not liable for any loss or damage arising from our services, products, or any purchases made through our website.
